Sunday – roasted rosemary orange chicken, okra from the farmers market, purple hull peas and blender biscuits <- Monday’s post
Monday – Asian Turkey Meatballs with carrot rice {recipe from the November 2010 issue of Everyday Food, if it’s good I’ll post the recipe for you} and roasted green beans
Tuesday – Canadian bacon and red bell pepper omelets (some days we just need something simple)
Wednesday – spinach salad with Sunday’s roasted chicken, mandarin oranges and toasted walnuts with a honey balsamic vinegar dressing. And butternut squash mac’n cheese for Mia
Thursday – Turkey Day! Roasting my first turkey for a Thanksgiving with friends! Plus making a couple of pies.
Friday – Mia and I are headed out of town to host my Best Friend of 25 years Bridal Shower so nothing’s cooking today
